Flakey Crust Bakery was founded in 2011 by Kerrite Bedward. Mr Bedward has deep roots within the realm of baking. He opened his first catering business in Peckham in the early Noughties, cooking up feasts eaten by Yardies, that were fit for Kings.

Gradually with time, he refined his craft and put his Baking Qualifications, earned at the London South Bank University, to magnificent use, and opened up the institution that is Flakey Crust Bakery.

Every patty is hand-crimped, every recipe perfected through years of dedication. The same authentic Jamaican flavours that made his name in Peckham are what we deliver to your door today.
